For over half of his life Ashok has been enmeshed in insolvency practice, primarily dealing with successful people who suddenly found themselves at the wrong end of success.
When that happens – you don’t need an IP preaching the rules and regulations of Insolvency – but you need a skilled practitioner to get you on your feet again.
It’s at this point, that strategic help is essential. You need to know all the options available to you so you can take an informed decision.
After qualifying, Ashok commenced his business career in 1979 when he accidently took an appointment as Liquidator of a large transport company snared by every problem a liquidator could face. That case helped to shape a successful insolvency practice that has thrived for 40 years and a practice that has taken Ashok to every corner of the country advising clients on the best way forward.
Ashok’s ethos is to be sincere, honest and open in every case which gives his clients the confidence to talk to him freely. It is this bedrock of good business practice that has enabled him to retain his clients over the long term including the accountants who introduced him to his first transport case back in 1979.
Ashok is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a member of R3. Away from office, he is a keen golfer, avid cyclist and a determined distance walker.

“We have been working with Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners for a number of years. Their vision of any problems faced by clients is limitless. Their advice most often leads to an opportunity that normally reduces the problem. Clients are put at ease and are often given the confidence to recover their mishaps and to venture forward having learnt their mistakes. A great firm to work with.” Pali Singh – www.jspaccountants.co.uk
